Okinawan Karate Institute Blog

For those who haven’t heard of the Okinawan Karate Institute Blog (OKI Blog) it is a site that is managed by Sensei Theodore Kruczek, a Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt) in Shorin-Ryu who started it originally as a place to post historical information about Shorin-Ryu karate and some of his research papers.  The blog contains a lot of valuable information and Sensei Kruczek welcomes input and discussion, so I highly recommend that everyone check it out and comment to help drive conversation and promote learning.

I would also like to announce that Sensei Kruczek has invited me to be a contributing writer on his blog, and so from now on this blog (Budo No Kaizen) will be reserved for topics specific to myself or my dojo, and I will be posting my broader topics that can benefit the greater martial arts community on the OKI Blog!
