Greetings!
In 2008, I started a blog called “My Budo-Geek Life,” and that later become the blog called “Budo no Kaizen.” That blog started as a way of talking about what kind of training I was doing at the dojo, as well as occasionally share some of my thoughts about what we were working on. Over time, my blog has evolved, and I feel that it has outgrown its original purpose.
With that in mind, I am starting this new project–Karate Obsession! My goal with this website is to share Okinawan karate with the world from my perspective. You can find most of my old articles from Budo no Kaizen on this website, and more will be coming, soon! I hope you find the site useful, and the content helpful!
