As of April 21st, 2025, we will begin conducting public teen/adult classes at the Centralia Recreation Complex in Centralia, IL, from 5:30pm to 7pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings. We will be using a conference room on the first floor with bathrooms and water fountains nearby, and an entrance directly from the parking lot. Mats will be available for safely training breakfalls, throws/takedowns, and groundwork techniques.
