My KishimotoDi Experience (Part 2–Kata)

KishimotoDi has a total of four kata; Naihanchi, Nidanbu, Passai, and Kusanku. The foundation of the system is Naihanchi, which is  not unusual for karate that comes from Shuri-Te/SuiDi.
